Microshading is a pigmentation technique that is carried out using a tool called Tebori, distinct from Micropigmentation Shading that results in a pencil-like painted effect on the eyebrows. Microshading allows for the creation of a soft shading effect in the form of pixels, producing a painted yet incredibly natural appearance. It's ideal for achieving dense, defined, and natural-looking eyebrows.
This technique can be used on its own or combined with Microblading for a more natural and filled result. The hybrid technique combines Microblading and Microshading, allowing you to have the best of both worlds – defined strokes and a softer, shaded fill.
